Shipping & Delivery

KPAK’s lead times consist of Order Processing time (Which is the time it takes us to manufacture / get goods ready for collection / delivery) and Delivery Time (Time it takes for goods to be delivered. Lead Time will depend on order volume and customer location. All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Where printing / stereos are involved, lead time may vary.

Collection

Pick Up is available from Monday – Thursday 08h00 – 16h30. Fridays 08h00 – 15h00.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery

1. Delivery cost is optional as client may opt to collect
2. On enquiry we will be able to quote delivery cost if required
3. Depending on order, delivery times vary from 2 – 5 business days as we engage independent freight couriers for their service.
