KPAK Refunds/Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must  be returned in original form.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Please note that for repeat orders of boxes – Quantities of less than 2500 boxes, the material class and consistency will always vary due to minimum run not being achieved. The minimum order on repeat orders is 2500 boxes per reference / size to achieve the consistency. Boxes that are ‘faulty’ or cannot be used due to manufacturing default, will be replaced free of charge upon return of the unusable boxes.
